Policy
PIERCING
Clients 18 and older are required to bring the following identification:
Government issued identification or driver’s license (must be valid, no expired IDs will be accepted).
Passport
Military ID
Resident Alien Card
*Documents must be physically present to receive services, no photos accepted.
MINOR POLICY – Line up to the POLICY paragraph above, either right justified or centered for the heading.
Minors must be always accompanied by a parent/legal guardian* to receive services in our studio.
For a minor to be pierced at our studio we require ALL of the following:
A valid identification for the minor must include a photo, first and last name and date of birth (i.e. government issued ID, passport, or school ID).
Birth Certificate
Parent/Legal Guardian’s government issued ID
*All legal guardians must provide legal documentation with proof of guardianship.
Original document or copy of all documents must be present.
MINOR PIERCINGS
Earlobe piercing only – 12 and up
Helix, Nostril, Septum, Navel – 15 and up.
All minors are excluded from oral, dermal/surface, and genital piercings.
The policies we’ve established regarding minors are designed to protect minors, their parents, our studio, and are in alignment with the Pasadena Health Department's requirements.
